T&M/Cost Breakdown 

• Industrial Electrician: 

$173.64 per hour  (straight time)

• Thermal Imaging Inspections:

$1,499 and up per project

• Service Contracts:

$2,499 and up yearly

• Insurance Company Letters:

$1,499 and up per letter

• Truck fees:

$75 per day/per delivery

Payment Terms:

• Billed weekly or at completion of project

• Payment due within 30 days of invoice date

• We charge a 4 hour minimum and in 4 hour increments after the first 4 hours

• A late fee will be added weekly on any invoice more than 7 days overdue

Hours of Operation:

• Straight time: 7am - 5pm

• Time and a half: 5pm - 7am or over 8 hours onsite during weekdays

• Double time: over 10 hours onsite or holidays or weekends or hot work

Inclusions - The following items are included in our bids:

• Labor and travel expenses required to perform the work as described in the scope

• One hour of travel time to and from our shop to job for weekday service calls

• Materials we supply will have a 20% markup

• All materials, wire, and equipment will be purchased new from the supply house

• Standard ground shipping

• Ladders, hand tools, multi-meter, rotation meter, circuit tracer, drill bits and blades

• We will adhere to current the State of CT laws and regulations.

• Installation and safety standards will adhere to current NFPA 70 NEC & NFPA 70E

• Safety equipment required per current NFPA 70E

Exclusions - The following items are NOT included in our bids:

• Aerial lifts, specialty tools, temporary power, thermal scans, or equipment rentals

• Permit fees

• Projects over 30 minutes from our shop or outside normal hours will be billed travel time

• A van fee will be added to all daily service calls or each delivery

• Any applicable taxes

• Any cost incurred by lack of material availability or shipping delays

• Freight and delivery fees

• Overnight, express, or expedited shipping

• Any additional repairs that may be required outside the scope of work agreed upon

• Any responsibility for delays due to inability to access the work area or scheduling conflicts

• Any work other than that listed in the scope of work

• Additional work to complete a change order will be added to original bill
